Apr. 1st, 2018 02:20 pmGot haircut on ...uh... Thursday if I remember correctly. I took my pretty blue CK purse with me to be repaired at the shoe shop across from the salon, one of the handles came adrift and I would rather deal with the repair shop than try to get it fixed via the seller... and since I was getting it repaired, I also am having them reinforce the rest of the attachments. We parked near Finnegans Toy shoppe, and I went in and found a small stuff jackalope that needed to come with me.
We did the ususal other stops while downtown, and ate at Elephants. They had a lovely brisket, and I tried the root veggie offering, it had dates and cinnamon in it, but it was way too sweet for me. My sister finished it for me. I got a quick stop in at Cornell Farms, they had some of the petunias that I like. Finally got home about tennish, we had made a lot of stops.
Friday was supposed to have been a work out side day for me, but, I managed to sleep about twelve hours and I didnt have that much daylight left. Instead I declared it a holiday and went to Portland Nursery unsupervised. Plants ensued. I got some nice starts, and they had nemophilia and the bat faced cuphea! woowoo! Lots of flower starts for me.
Saturday, I did get up while it was still daylight, and I cut up the old dead white picket fence and took the bits to the dump, and then to Home Despot for bags of dirt n poo. I got a bit of work done outside by up potting a few things, and started to clean up and replant some of my pots.
Today, its Easter, a friends birthday... things to do, things to do..
its supposed to start raining a bit again, but I have appts on monday and tuesday, one with the naturopath to see about replacing the one supplement I was having issues with, and the dentist to start the work on the bridge replacement.
