Aug. 6th, 2018 03:13 amsaturday was a day of rest, I just couldnt do a damn thing. I did make a bunch of phone calls and I have tentative plans to see my Wicked Evil Stepmom in a week. If things dont go sideways that is.
Sunday, I had one of those duh moments, where I just cleaned the pantry out of everything that was expired or dodgy, and now I have to dispose of the canned goods and such. I think that if I just chucked the cans they would be too heavy for my trash pickup, so I am selecting cans with foods that I can put down the disposal and then rinse out the cans and recycle them. Win Win I think. A bit more time consuming, but better in the long run. This way, when I check the bags that I have on the floor for expired foods, I can put the good stuff in the pantry right away, rather than having it sit around (because I hadnt cleaned the pantry out then) so, it took me a bit to figure this out, but.... it did occur to me. Yeah, I can be very slow and do things bass ackwards.
I have eight days before leaving for Worldcon.
