Jan. 27th, 2019 02:44 amThe sister creature and I got our haircuts done thursday, right during the police action downtown just a few blocks away. We had ignored the sirens, because that happens a lot downtown. My sister commented that it was a good thing we were leaving town going west rather than east.
we attended the Django Wexler booksigning, and just took the day easy getting there. I did stop at Cornell Farms, but they didnt have the new bulbs in, but I picked up two primroses (the taller stem ones) and some orange crocus. bought a lot of seed packs, but most of them are for Ru. I just need to mail them to her.
Friday was VA, and I almost missed it because I was sleeping so hard, if the comix shop hadnt called to tell me that my Winry Rockbell FUNKO was in, I would still be snoozing I think. After my appt and stop by Pharmacy (which was futile, the med in question is still being questioned) I went on to the Beaverton Powells for the signing that night. Errands were done on the way.
Today, slept in a bit, fed birdies, and then I ran some errands here in Hilltop, picked the sister up and we went to try a new mexican place called Don Jose West. Food was good, and we will go back again.
My week is pretty open, but I have a lot of things to get done, so Monday is phone calls and to make appts that arent the VA.
