Jun. 1st, 2018 12:04 pmYard work has been hit and miss of late, I have been sleeping late again, and rushing about to get things done and then its sunset. Eldest Nephew asked for his wheelbarrow back because he is going to put a medium sized shed in his backyard, and needs to make a base for it. I also loaned him my book on how to make decks and patios (the patio portion works for building a base) and some tools he wont have to buy for the project. Called him a Pretty Princess because he also wanted me to deliver instead of him picking things up.
The Resident Evil Feline got his vet appt over, he has upgraded his death threats to vile hissing included.
Worked outside yesterday, inbetween rains, I ran out of dirt, so I need to get more today. The garden is pretty much done. I have a few pots to get back in there, and more pots that havent been used yet to be pulled out and cleaned up. I know I will pick up more things for the garden, so it will be good to be ready for them. Got some bulbs and roots planted, once nice thing about having them sprout in the packaging is one knows for sure which end is up. More pots cleaned up and replanted too.
Yesterday got cut short due to a call from the sister creature, she rolled her ankle, so we spent some quality time at the Urgent Care for her. No breaks, just a bunged up ankle. She has a brace and her own crutches, so we shall see how she fares.
Today, errands. Monkey is still causing hate and discontent at his facility, they not addressing his physical and health needs, his pico line for his antibiotic treatment got infected (and being treated for a blood infection to begin with makes me worry a lot) and they ignore his diabetes regime, and of course, want him to go to bed at 9pm with meds... which means he is up by 2 or 3. The VA is being uncooperatve about this too, so, its hard to say how this is going to play out. Probably not in a good way.
